As a company there are two motivating factors that drive us forward every day. Those two factors forming our business ethos are providing the very best medical illustration to our customers as we can and helping them achieve their goals. The other one is being a company that cares about the environment where we both contribute financially and offer our services for free for non profit, environmental or charitable organisations.

To help the environment we are members of an amazing organisation called 1% for the Planet. 1% for the Planet is a global movement inspiring businesses and individuals to support environmental solutions through annual membership and everyday actions. They advise on giving strategies, they certify donations, and they amplify the impact of a ever growing network.
As a member of 1% for the Planet we as a business guarantee to give at least 1% of our annual sales giving directly to approved environmental nonprofits. By being a member 1% for the Planet guide and support this giving and provide credible third party certification. Anyone can donate to 1% for the Planet which supports a range of operations and the growth of the movement that is giving back to the environment. 1% for the Planet encourage consumers to look for their logo when purchasing products or services.
By being members we are connected to a network of more than 1,200 member businesses, numerous individuals, and thousands of nonprofit partners in more than 40 countries. We not only do business with other 1% for the Planet businesses, but we are also on a directory so a charity or not for profit organisation can contact us seeking a financial donation. The donation via 1% for the Planet guarantees that it is always given for the good of the environment. These are just a few of the charities we have been supporting.
David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF)
So far we have donated to the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation an organisation dedicated to saving endangered wildlife. Both personally and now through 1% of the Planet, we have supported the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) for nearly twenty years.
DSWF is local to where we are based in Surrey and they are an amazing team made up of family members too responding promptly to conservation threats by supporting trusted individuals and organisations operating in the field.
Lean on administration but generous on funding, DSWF supports a range of innovative and far-reaching projects throughout Africa and Asia, achieving real results for wildlife survival.
Elephant Haven
Elephant Haven is a new European sanctuary being built to house elephants being rescued from circuses. 
More and more countries in Europe are banning wild animals in circuses but there are more than 100 elephants in circuses in Europe and there is no where for them to go once they leave the circus.
So Elephant Haven is a new charity building a new home for elephants so they can retire in Europe. Elephant Haven will build heated living quarters in which there are interior stables to night paddocks and outdoor areas. These stables will always be accessible to the elephants.
Different living quarters will be built. This way we can take into account that the Asian and African elephants can be kept separate. This also provides more opportunities for social rehabilitation.
Medasset
MEDASSET is an international nonprofit organisation working to protect marine and coastal habitats in the Mediterranean, with sea turtles as their flagship animal. We have supported Medasset through our donations helping the turtles. Plastic rubbish and loss of habitat is having a devastating affect and Medasset are an organisation looking to protect areas within the Mediterranean and through the education about how we can save species from going extinct.
