Medical-Artist.com has been operating since 2009 and we felt it was time now to register our company logo with the Intellectual Property Office and have our logo officially trademarked.
Why did we Trademark our Business Logo?
We registered to trademark our business logo with the Intellectual Trademark Office because securing a registered trademark would protect our brand for the future and provide us with the tools to prevent someone using similar signs.
It was also necessary because if we did not protect our trademark by registering it, then we may have found that we would be legally prevented from expanding our business going forward.
